International SMS callback.
The
telephone-to-telephone service we provide is an international callback
service. The idea of any callback service is that when you are going to
have a telephone conversation with someone, you do not dial a
destination telephone number directly as you would do with a usual
telephony service, but instead you initiate a callback call to your own
phone number. It can be your mobile, work or home phone number,
telephone in a hotel room or any other telephone number you wish to call
from. So you trigger a callback call. In a couple of seconds our system
establishes a call to you. As you see, instead of originating the
international call you actually answer it. Most phone companies do not
charge subscribers for incoming calls, so this call is free for you.
After you answered the call, our system establishes a call to your
destination telephone number and bridges these two calls together so you
can hear each other. Our callback service works from any country around
the world where you are able to receive incoming telephone calls.
The number of our SMS
callback gateway is +46 709 032 555 033 (GSM network). Please add it to your mobile
phone address book for more convenient access later. All the text
commands must be sent to this number. Not from every mobile network
around the world is possible to send text messages to our gateway. You
can check it by sending any text message with enabled delivery reports
on your mobile handset and see if it is delivered or not. If not, you
will need to use email or web callback.
How to use SMS callback:
Step 1. Sign up with Telequant service.
Step 2. Add funds to your account.
Step 3. Create and send a text message with an appropriate command.
All phone numbers must be entered in international format including country code, city code and telephone number. Digits only must be used in phone numbers.
1. To trigger a
callback call from registered mobile phone number (registered mobile
phone number - is a phone number which you entered in the
registration form and it is your Account login also. Our system uses your mobile
phone number to identify you) send the following text message:
call <source

Example: you want
to call from phone number 97236964321 in Israel to phone number
33476981234 in France, the command to establish this call will be:

On your mobile phone this command may look like:
2. If a source
number (the phone number you want to talk from) is your registered mobile phone
number, then you may send a text message with the destination phone
number only:

Example: you are
going to talk from your registered mobile phone number with
the phone number 96638821234 in Saudi Arabia, to make this call you need to send the
command: 96638821234
On your mobile phone this command may look like:
3. To trigger a callback call from non-registered mobile phone,
you need to add your account credentials in a text message so that the
system could identify you. This command will work from registered and
any other mobile phone number. It is useful if you replaced a SIM card
or want to make a call from someone else's telephone.
Account login must be entered without 01, e.g.
if your Account login is 015555555555 then enter only 5555555555.
