Internet Telephony and International Callback Service Provider

International SMS callback.

The telephone-to-telephone service we provide is an international callback service. The idea of any callback service is that when you are going to have a telephone conversation with someone, you do not dial a destination telephone number directly as you would do with a usual telephony service, but instead you initiate a callback call to your own phone number. It can be your mobile, work or home phone number, telephone in a hotel room or any other telephone number you wish to call from. So you trigger a callback call. In a couple of seconds our system establishes a call to you. As you see, instead of originating the international call you actually answer it. Most phone companies do not charge subscribers for incoming calls, so this call is free for you. After you answered the call, our system establishes a call to your destination telephone number and bridges these two calls together so you can hear each other. Our callback service works from any country around the world where you are able to receive incoming telephone calls.

In order to trigger a callback call by sending a text message from your mobile handset, your mobile operator must have a roaming agreement with Telenor (exVodafone) GSM mobile operator in Sweden, otherwise your messages will not be delivered to our gateway number and the system could not initiate a callback call to you. The majority of GSM networks worldwide are able to interconnect with Telenor cellular network. If for some reason you cannot trigger a callback by SMS, you can still trigger it by email (see Email Callback service) or from our website (see Web Callback service).

The number of our SMS callback gateway is +46 709 032 555 033. Please add it to your mobile phone address book for more convenient access later. All the text commands must be sent to this number.

How to use SMS Callback and service commands:

Step 1.  Sign up with Telequant service.

Step 2.  Add funds to your account.

Step 3.  Create and send a text message with an appropriate command.

Account ID  -  Account ID in Telequant service but entered without prefix 01.

PIN code  -  VoIP password.

Source number  -  phone number you are calling from.

Destination number  -  phone number you are calling to.

No characters like plus (+), hyphens (-) or prefixes like 00 or 011 must be used in phone numbers!

1. To trigger a callback call from registered mobile phone number (Registered mobile phone number is considered a phone number you entered in the registration form and it is your Account ID. Our system uses your mobile phone number information to identify you. That's why when you sign up, mobile phone must be valid and entered correctly), send a text message:

call <source number> <destination number>

On mobile phone this command will look like:

3. To trigger a callback call from non-registered mobile phone, you need to add your account credentials in a text message so that the system could identify you. This command will work from registered and any other mobile phone number:

p <account ID> <pin code> sn <source number> dn <destination number>

Example: you want to call from phone number 493025531234 in Germany to phone number 9652423322 in Kuwait. Your Account ID is 013456128943 and VoIP password is 8516, so you need to send the command: p 3456128943 8516 sn 493025531234 dn 9652423322
