Calls from PC to landline/mobile phones.
How to make PC to Phone calls:
Step 1. Sign up with Telequant service.
Step 2. Add funds to your account.
Step 3. Download our softphone which is used to make calls over Internet connection.

Step 4. Install the softphone. On first run you will be asked for your Account ID and VoIP password. Enter the credentials and wait while softphone connects to the server, then you will see the message "On-line" and your current account balance information in the status line of the program. You are ready to start calling.
All phone numbers must be dialed in international format including country code, city code and telephone number, e.g. 78129998877 for St. Petersburg, Russia; where 7 is a country code, 812 is a city code and 9998877 is a telephone number. No dialing prefixes like 00 or 011 are required.
You are free to use any SIP compatible softphone. The following settings will apply:
User name: your Account ID in Telequant service.
Display name:

* You will be charged by your local Internet Service Provider for the Internet traffic you use during calls. * To make voice calls your PC must be equipped with a sound card, headset or microphone and speakers. * To carry on a convenient conversation your Internet connection speed must be at least 128 kbps.
Our PC to Phone service is not available in several Middle East and African countries where VoIP blocked. It will not work in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and probably some other countries. You can use Callback type services only in these countries.
